Creating Links in your Signature Without Showing the full http://www.roll.....

Can anyone explain how I can create links in my signature that I can title something like, My Journal, or My DIY Bubble Jug, instead of simply pasting the full URL for that page? Ive tried right clicking and selecting copy shortcut, but when I paste it, it just shows the full address. I think Im pretty computer literate, but damn... my signature is crowded with just one link to my journal, while others have numerous simple links in plain english. help, please and thank you!

I forgot how I did mine but I think I just copy and pasted the title from the forum to my sig. when I did it, I was using IE as a browser at that time. could just copy and paste, didn't need to use the url

That what Ive been doing, and it just appears as the full http://.... Ive right clicked directly on the link in the forum and copied, as well as copied shortcut, then when I paste it always shows the full... I did the same thing in a posting and it showed the correct title w/o the address, just what I wanted. but it wont work on my sig.
