Crazy white stuff

ok so my buddy has a few plants, grown outdoors
, theyre about 2 weeks into flowering

one of the plants is covered in this crazy white furry stuff all on the stems!!

i rubbed a bit on my fingers and it has no smell to it!! i dont think its mould but its crazy as hell

any ideas???

Are you sure it is not a male and dropping pollen ?

i would think its powerdery mildew ( mold ) looks like u wet your plant theres a spray fungincide if no buds on it it might be safe to spray still u can spray with buds on it but not to much

The wet on the plant is cuz it rained lastnite!!

so u think its mould?? it doesnt look like it up close, it looks like candy powder lol!!

and 7 - 8 weeks is long! the frost is coming in 2 weeks!! what will save em??
