never seen that kind. if your seeing bight holes or missing spots kill them, those big ass bugs would chomp it if they were eating your plant you would know ! it you don't see any holes or so on prob chilling or eating other bugs in your plant. if I were you I would hose your plant off to besafe, that bug might lay eggs on the plant and the larva the worms prob eat leaves.

Leave em alone if they're not eating your plants. My two cents.

I've seen all kinds of bugs and spiders on my plant, the only ones that cause any trouble are the caterpillars.

Yea tell me about it I found 4 on jus one plant yesterday. I guess it's really starting to be "that time of the year" lol ya I been leaving them along been noticing them for a while now and I don't thing they are doing any harm. There actually really vivid coloring pretty cool. Jus thought I would see if there good or bad bugs and I'm assuming that spiders are good too? Found this fucking in the same plant as the bugs

It's a sharp shooter. They suck juices thru the plant stem walls. They pee as much as they suck. Look for water droplets on leafs below them . http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glassy-winged_sharpshooter http://www.bing.com/search?q=glassy+wingedsharpshooter&qs=n&form=QBRE&pq=glassy+wingedsharpshooter&sc=8-25&sp=-1&sk= I haven't found an organic way to rid them. They don't seem to cause damage but something sucking on your plant is not good. They can carry a disease . That's what wiped out all the Oleanders on the California freeways.

I guess. But I was jus reading an article on tthem and they described tthem to be brown with yellow spots a 1/2 inch long and clear wings. This one is like a
a blue teal color and it doesn fly unless it has to it jus goes around the leafs.

yes, look at the links and pictures There are many different types. They are of the leaf hopper family. Might not be a glassy winged but it is a leaf hopper.

Those a good bugs. Leave them alone. I have them occasionally on my plant but no harm is being done. Think of it as mother nature protecting your plants from BAD bugs :peace:

And spiders are good bugs.. They eat mites, if you have them. Consider yourself luck to have some good bugs guarding your plants

Lol leaf hoppers eat the bug tho not suck it oof nutrients right? I haven noticed any ddamage from them they only go on the leafs and chill unless disturbed then they will flee to the underside of the leaf

It sucks the plants nutrients. Start looking at your stems closely and you will see them there too.

yeah there leafhoppers this is what I been battlin I just gave up hopefully the smell in flowering will detour them, leafhoppers are attracted to the brightest "green" in the area so if the only thing that's nice n green is ur plants well there comin to kick it, they suck on the leaves, leave droplets n a white residue after they sucked I wouldn't say its powdered mildew cause ive seen that also them leaving those droplets then it just sittin there, but ive said something where I get my nutrients they said o don't worry about those they never have hurt my plants, ive looked for an organic way to get rid of them a long time and I tried some safer brand which saids it kills leafhoppers I used it but it made my plants look like shit after that I just left it alone, just keep your plants healthy and do what you can there a pain n the ass flyin everywhere when the plant moves
