Your girls are looking great everyone on this thread.

Mine are kicking along nicely, it's been a daily battle to keep the height under 6ft, but doing so has created a couple of monsters.

A couple of questions for you guys, are you doing any pre-emptive treatments for budworm?

And I seem to have some leaf miners, the top 1/4 is completely healthy, but the lower leaves have signs.
Should I be worried? And should I take any action now?

Cheers for any advice.

I will update some flower pics later today, I can see the first surgery bits :)
I have been spraying all season for mites, I'm hoping that will knock the worms too...
If you haven't already strip 150-300mm from soil height, it's better to turn them into clones and that way the plant has more energy for the tops, if I were you I would get spraying before it's too late....

Looking great HB! I had a few leafminers 4 weeks ago so done some spraying and the gear i got now does the mights and the caterpillers pretty good so if i was you possibly a spray now should keep them at bay for a few weeks ?the only thing is the spray leaves a kinda white soapy stain on some leaves after but im pretty sure a couple foliar sprays with water the next day would clean that...looking real gd man for sure.
Im proud of the fact that i started this crazy thread and im having my best year so far and theres a lotta pll not afraid to post pics of their girls and they are even better than what i have...i dont get jealous at all im just glad ppl are succeeding ;)
Thane mate, and I'm glad you started this thread too.
It's the first thing I look at each day, and I get.better feedback here then I do on my own thread.

I'm going to Bunnings now, what should I spray them with?

Dude yours look great, you are just a week or two behind.
Yeah man it's great to see the other guys going so well.
i was so happy to see letstrips pics yesterday because he had a bad year last year and I actually felt bad for him when I was harvesting mine.
You are going to have a bountiful harvest this year mate!
And thanks for starting this thread it's been fun!

Kk, thanks again guys, I got some of that Eco-oil.

Should I wait until the sun goes down before I spray? Disregard this, I just read your above post :)

Unfortunately there is no hydro shop anywhere near me.

I just think the eco oil works best if its sprayed at the end of the day when the last sun has shone on the plant and also if its gonna be between 22 and 32 at the max.
Ive sprayed before when it was 38 the next day a few years ago and it wasnt pretty...

I have a resident preying mantis in my plants, he's been there over a week now, it's probably a sign that I have plenty of bugs.

I'm wondering if I should try and avoid him with the spray, or will he be ok with it?

I consider him to be my little buddy :)

Anyway you can take him.off put in somethjng and put him back next day ? Just a thought if u want him to stay...by the way when u spray that eco oil it smells a bit like deep heat lol...cant smell it the next day tho it works well if u have any mites u wont after one spray but i would spray weekly until say week 4 or 5 of flower

i was going to spray all the way through to the last two weeks with the Eco-oil, I was assuming there was not much of a withholding period with it. Is it more about the taste? Or does it leave a dangerous residue?
