Have y'all ever seen anything like this? Has small buds with hairs in the middle.

Wow. Can't day I've ever seen anything like that. When did it first become like that? Was there anything u may have done to stress it out?

Yeah, that's what they call revegging. It started to flower then put back into veg or was a clone from a flowering plant. If it's left under 18/6 it'll grow normal looking leaves in a couple weeks.

Yup exactly this, Thats how I do my clones as well since they branch off a lot faster.
Just looks bad for the first 3 weeks.
