I love movies.

I also love really crappy movies. Netflix instant play is a great place for terrible movies.

Right now I'm watching Jason Connery's (Sean Connery's son) directorial debut The Devils Tomb. A lower-budget (as far as apparent quality) flick starring Cuba Gooding Jr., Henry Rollins, Jason London, and Ron Perlman.

Synopsis: An elite group of soldiers on a covert mission to retrieve a scientist from an underground lab encounter an ancient evil in the facility.

Two words. Fuck yes.

:-P

HAHA I just watched the scene where the found the dude in the basement. He was talking some religious shit and then puked blood on that one dude. FUCKING PRICELESS.

another shitty movie you may like is requiem of a dream.
I liked requiem for a dream, but NOT in the shitty way. I thought it was fantastic. I'm also a huge fan of Darren Aronofsky's work. The book was amazing also, by Hubert Selby Jr I think.

Well I run my own company from home. And it's a creative position. So a little pot, and some music or a movie while I work, is the PERFECT muse. Just me, my macbook, and my hdtv.

I also play modern warfare 2 when I take my breaks to rest my brain :)

if you have never seen it you absolutely must.

...Buckaroo Banzai is a rock-star/brain-surgeon / comic-book-hero/samurai/ etc who along
with his group, the Hong Kong Cavaliers, must stop evil creatures from the 8th dimension (all named John) who
are trying to conquer our dimension.

Here's one for you (available on Netflix):

The Apple

Synopsis: Two sweet, naive youths from Moose Jaw, Canada, have come to America to compete in the 1994 Worldvision Song Festival. Although the pair have talent, they are beaten out by the underhanded tactics of the festival favorites. Though crestfallen by their loss, they are soon delighted to hear a big music producer has taken an interest in their music and wants to sign them to his label. All is looking up for the two until they begin to discover the dark underside of the rock and roll world.

It's an early 80s rock musical; guaranteed to entertain.
