Covering the smell?

We've all had the problem, when your plant starts to bud the smell can get a bit much. If your grow is indoors, well, that can be a problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to removing/covering/scrubbing the smell in the grow room?

carbon filter or dryer sheets

If it gets to be a real problem, may I suggest changing strain too.Lemon Skunk is pretty much scentless for most of the growing period and is probably the best strain for new growers too. You can pour battery acid in the tanks and I swear it would still bloom!

I have a 1300 scf room that's completely sealed and I run two 6"inline fans with filters. One is on the cieling and the other is on the floor. In a room with 24 blooming plants there is no smell at all!

Nice setup Zdeezy! I wish I'd had the capital to invest in such a setup. Luckily I was growing mainly lemon so the smell wasn't so bad except in the last 10 days of flowering where little rules about open windows and opening the front door to visitors had to be observed!

Dude, like everyone said, a carbon filter will remove the smell. I was amazed at how well it works. I have a 7x7x7 tent with pretty stinky bud, and you cannot smell a thing outside the tent, before it reeked. I am using an 8' filter with a 725 cfm fan, pushing the air.

Thanks, I've spent alot of time and money in trying to perfect my room. I move shit around and change shit up all the time trying to find better ideas.

having a fan like Zdeezy helps but this stuff is amazing it does not mask odours but eats and destroys them, check it out just follow the instructions and leave it outside your grow room. i am sure you will find it near you, or order it from ebay.

thank god someone else asked this for me! i was already planning on ordering a filter i just wasnt so sure about how well it would actually work. super paranoid because im in a shittily built apartment building. but i think the people above me sell crack so i should be good!
