Cover/Companion Crop and Beneficial Organisms for Indoor Organic Soil grow?

I am wondering if it makes sense or has any benefit to have a cover/companion crop in an indoor organic soil grow.

Also to add any living organisms such as earthworms? Even in a 5 gallon pot?

Apart from that, how much and how to add/feed mycrorhiza, trichoderma and bacteria?

Thanks in advance for your expert ideas.

Yes. I use clover leaf its a nitrogen fixative. It pulls nitrogen out of the air and stores it in their roots. Which in return feeds the microbiology in the soil.

I would run at the minimum 7 gallon even then the soil dries out to Quick in flowering. The larger the better with no till. Don’t add worms unless your in a 15 gallon pot.

you can compost tea weekly that should be enough bacteria added every week.

Is your grow area only big enough to fit a single 5 gallon pot? If that's the case, I suggest going with those dry GAIA green amendments everyone here talks about instead of attempting any kind of no-till or soil that you plan to do biomass recycling in. And with organic, I recommend against a fabric type pot that small. The only time I was doing 5 gallon was with coco coir or peat moss "hydro" by watering with synthetic nutes everyday with ample runoff.

And yeah as @Cabbagelit said, worms likely won't survive long in that volume of medium very long to make it worthwhile. I know people who have managed to get a 20 gallon bed going in a 2X2 tent, what is the issue that you're restricted to only 5 gallons? Is your tent or grow space less than 4 square feet?

Okay I guess I'm not really ready for the no til kinda grow as I'm only using these 5g fabric pots.

I plan to use the clover however.

A few more questions.

Okay to add mycroriza and trichoderma to water or tea?

Why not use fabric pots with organic?

I don't have access to gaie green etc. here overseas.

Yeah add mycorrhizae to the root zone only. Rather water with a coMpost tea or even get some
Growers recharge use either or once a week. Fabric pots are fine but upgrade to a 7 gallon pot if u gonna go that small. Look up Cali green on YouTube he’s a good grower to learn from
