Couple random questions

Hi All,

Been browsing the site and found lots of info on my topics but not exactly what I am looking for. Any help on these questions is much appreciated! I am using soil and about 2.5 weeks into flowering with 3 gallon pots. 4 strains, Wonder Woman, Blue Cheese, L.A. DNA WOMAN, Blue Mystic under a 400W HPS. Lots of buds are appearing and getting larger but trichome production is limited to inner buds right now.

1. Molasses: I purchased unsulfured blackstrap molasses as an additive to my flower garden. I am using techniflora's recipe for success that includes SugarDaddy. I feed at full strength every other watering and they still seem to want more. When and how should I use the mollasses? I have read.. "every other watering", but what exactly does that mean? Every other time I just water.. or feed?

2. I am thinking of purchasing Humboldt Gravity. How does this work? How should I use it? I have read a few posts saying mostly good things. Same with PurpleMaxx?

3. The Blue Cheese tends to wilt a bit towards the end of the 12 hours of light. The top of the soil is still moist and dark. The plant is doing fabulous though, tons of budsites and color is great. Should I be worried? About halfway through 12 hours of darkness and it perks right back up.

Thanks so much guys!

On question 1....

I personally use the molasses every watering for flower.
1tbps per gallon.

when I'm adding it for a feeding I use 1tsp per gallon.

Question 2...

I've never used this product but have also heard good things...

Question 3....

Is the top of the soil always moist? Don't water or feed until you can stick you finger
two knuckles deep and its dryish.
How do you know it perks up half way through the dark cycle? be careful! make sure your not leaking light when you check em. I would check ph to try and conclude the wilting.

Good luck!

Question 3....

Most plants droop at night when they are resting. Most of the food goes down into the roots so the leaves are not as ridged. When the light comes on they rise up and start to work.

Can you be over watering them?

First I want to thank everyone for the help with the cannabisseed site. I am hoping we can put are guns away and be friends again.
I growen weed in Florida and California so I do know a little about it. Recently I have purchased seeds from three different seed banks and after looking at them I find they all look like they came off the same plant. Same size, color even the spotting on the seeds. Seeds do come in different sizes and color. I have a bag full from last years plants to prove it. There is no way to know what your getting. All you can do is learn as much as you can about your dealer. I tell all my customers that when they buy a meteorite from me. If your not sure about the dealer move on to another. The one I like is Nirvana at http://www.nirvana-shop.com/ You get the seeds fast and they are good people to deal with. I don't get anything for advertizing them but tell them meteoritemike sent you.

Here is something I was wondering if anyone has tried? To increase the ratio of females to males pre-soak the seeds overnight in a solution containing the female hormone estrogen. Simply dissolve a female contraceptive pill containing estrogen into 1.7 fl oz. of warm water. If this works my wife is going to need to hide her pills.

Thanks for the replies so far except the robot spam (i think?). About question 3... Ever since it was in 2 gallon pots the Blue Cheese always started wilting towards the end of the 12/12. I started giving it 2 cups of ph'ed water inbetween watering feeding (while i gave the other plants nothing) and it seemed to help. It also seemed to help once I switched to 12/12, so it may be a heat issue? (temps 84ON, 65OFF).

The grow room is light-tight, but I do check it for a few seconds with my LED headlamp from time to time to see humidity/plant status.

The soil is never nuckle deep dry.. it seems if I do this the plant wilts even more. Kinda an odd scenario. The thing is, if it was an environmental thing shouldnt the other 3 strains show some symptoms as well? Unless Blue Cheese is more sensitive. The other thing is it has TONS of budsites and looks fabulous... just like the others. Should I keep watering it as much or try to really let it dry out? I have not since I transplanted from 2 gallons to 3 gallons. Thanks for helping guys.
