Im about to start my grow, i have everything i need but im having trouble on what to buy for feeding. Im growing autos btw, any suggestions on feeding ?
Fuck organic soil. Go sterile hydro and pH the feed. Get yourself a dry 2 part nutrient and some scales. pH and EC pen are essential. Also does anybody have a thread on adjusting PH while feeding. I know PH is important, i just dont know how to keep it balances.
Thanks in advance
Cool ! Thanks !So happy frog will not need any fertilizer for the first 3-4 weeks. Any fertilizer you choose, start with half the recommended dosage and only feed them every other water cycle. Meaning: water Wednesdays and fertilizing on Sundays, etc.
Talking to me....?Don’t listen to the fool above... he doesn’t know what he’s saying half the time I’ve come to realize...
In this case they are correct. Nobody worried about soil runoff pH and started chasing it until a couple years or so ago. Now people are freaking out because their runoff doesn't fall within the range for soil. Soil runoff pH is a terrible way to determine pH at the root zone. The ingredients in soil break down and wash out at different rates. The runoff is not representative of the pH at the root zone. Soil also has a buffering effect that will keep pH within the proper range unless you screw it up by trying to adjust runoff pH.Don’t listen to the fool above... he doesn’t know what he’s saying half the time I’ve come to realize...

^ Also in this order; add nutrients to water first, then *adjust pH, then pour into plantSo happy frog will not need any fertilizer for the first 3-4 weeks. No, add calmag, then nutes, then adjust^ Also in this order; add nutrients to water first, then *adjust pH, then pour into plant
*adjust to 6.5 for best results in most soil including fox farm products
