nah..kettlebell..weights..boxing moves 1-5..then i really try to do elliptical every day for at least 30..but i really like 90..just don't have the time school is really hard specifically pathology..very difficult course as we meet only once a week and have to test 4 chapters at a time.You being trained to fetch, Sky?
