Could use some help 2x2 grow

I have a little problem going on it’s my first “big” grow with a good light a tent good soil etc... but somethings recently happened I came home to find my children had a problem half the leaf has like went completely away and there been some growth but it’s slowed down a lot to what it was doing before i transplanted and the leaves are looking all jacked up I’ve spent some hours worth of YouTube and forms and can’t find anything relatively close to my issue so here I am new to this as well any help would be greatly appreciated.
LIGHT-Viperspectra 450w veg and bloom
TENT-2x2x4
INLINE-205 cfm 4inch in-line no filter
SOIL-Fox farm ocean blend/(no nutrients added yet)
WATER-Tap in a gallon reservoir jug Ph to what color looks like 6.5
TEMP-73-78 degrees Fahrenheit here the past few 2 days and I mean 2 it’s reaching 80 degrees Fahrenheit
Relative humidity has been as low as 20% up to 45% but stays around 27%-37%
All I’ve done was topped both plant not much room. Ph the water with a general hydroponic Ph test kit (don’t like the drop testing) and done some 1-3 sprays everyday to every other day and have a regular fan outside the tent to push some air in! Any help I’ll be so great full

Besides a little drooping, most likely from watering or misting, she looks fine to me. Since you topped her, the new growth at the nodes will start growing upwards. In the picture you posted, it is doing just that. I don't see what you mean by the leaf just went away as you stated. Other then that, when you post a picture, try doing it in natural lighting. It helps us see what you see.

I haven’t watered in a 2-4 days or sprayed thinking it was from over watering. Does this picture help

Also, if you can, while in veg, try bringing your humidity up some. You're on the low side below 30% in veg.
Have actually planned on something I don’t want to go to high do these work do you know by chance to shit it off and turn it on so it doesn’t get high or low?

I grow using only Fox Farm Ocean Forest. Once she gets to about 2-3 weeks old, you can start with half of the dosage and work your way up. The trio calls for twice a week, but I would feed once a week and water once a week, That's it. She honestly looks healthy. She was stunted a little when you topped her, but the new growth at the side nodes is doing what it should. The one leaf shows a very small def. so that's why I asked about your nutes.

I appreciate all your info and advice and anyone’s advice in the matter I know it’s all trial and error but hopefully since others have made the mistake people like me won’t go down that road and mess something up!

The fox farm trio Ive read many forms about the soil being hot so I’ve been really worried about it
What you read was correct.
You can take a plant to harvest in FFOF without adding any nutes.
Be careful of taking bad advice around here. Your plant doesnt look hungry

Sprouting I don't feed at all. After almost 2 weeks, I then transplant from Solo to 3 gallon fabric pots. Since I use new soil in transplant, I still wait about 2 weeks to start the quarter strength feed. I've never had to feed before these periods though. Also, some plants are light feeders too. My White Widow fed heavy, where my Green Crack x Amnesia fed light.
