Could I have waited to switch to 12/12?

Four days ago I switched these plants to 12/12. After raising them up towards the light I realized I may have been able to veg a bit longer. Could I have vegged longer? If so could I still safely return them to veg (showing no sex, yet)?

hey sinsimian, a few questions: are they staying in the PC case? How long did you veg em for?
if they are staying in the pc case i think flowering now is a good idea for space.

Yeah, they are staying in there. I vegged just over three weeks.

For staying in a small place, its best to not give them much veg time since most these plants tend to explode the first few weeks of flowering.

first of all they look nice bro good job and second i think its cool that you switched them to 12/12 because the small space you got is better to be safe then sorry and to tell you the true it looks like they could have been vegged for a bit longer but we will wait and see how tall they get on there flowering process because i myself have had a plant grow at least 3x bigger when it flowered.
