I get 8 oz per plant with no side light. However I use Advanced nutrients and C02 with 1000 watt bulbs

me and my bud almost got a qp off of 2 plants, Afghan Kush and a beaner seed from a bag...both were topped at about 7-9 inches (lol) and no LST had a 250 Watt HPS in a box thinkin we had great lumens per square inch...or something, I dunno was are first harvest
