Could a Vet answer some fan/light questions

I've got a 48"x46"x24" cabinet, about 31 cubic feet. (Money isnt an issue, so lets get that out of the way first.) I was thinking of running two 400watt HPS lights in it as a perpetual flowering chamber, obviously heat will be an issue, i was planning on running a 6" 160 CFM inline fan from HTSupply, which atleast on paper should provide enough air flow to keep things nice and perrty. any suggestions and or advice?

Hey planks, I'm a Vet...I spent 20 years in the military and tons of time in the desert during the Gulf War, so I know all about heat issues.

That box you're growin' in is about the same size as this pill box I sweated in back in the desert. What I wouldn't have given for a 160cfm fan...

Anyways, I would recommend putting a couple of cool tubes around those bulbs and cooling them separate from the rest of the cabinet using at least a 200cfm fan...300cfm or more would be better...the more air you pull through the bulbs, the cooler they'll be. This should keep the cabinet cool and give you more headroom for the plants, since they'll be able to grow closer to the bulbs.

I'd use that 160cfm fan to pull fresh cool air into the cabinet and for odor control...see diagram.
