Cough and Cold Medicine

I guess you could say im a user of "Cough and Cold" medicines to get me high

I've had Triple C's (Corticine Cough and Cold)
Knockoff Triple C's which are just any regular cough and cold medicine

I've heard of Robo-trippin which i know is robitussin but which kind of robitussin and how much do you take?

Anyone else experimented with these sort of highs other than Robotrippin and CCC?

Today is a lazy day for me and i feel like trippin out and am probably gonna go grab some Triple C's and pop em

Anyone have suggestions on a different high from Cough and Cold Medicines? if so please post em! And the recommended dosage for their first time use, please don't go overboard lol

If you can find Robotussin gel caps (or pharmacy brand robotussin) in a bottle that would be your best bet. The only active ingredient in them is DXM. Everything else OTC is going to have some other active ingredients that can be harmful at higher doses. As for Triple C's I have read they contain some other ingredients that potentate the DXM but other health risks go up as a result. So you are best off getting DXM as you only active ingredient and also check erowid for dosing (at least 2 bottles). I personally will probably never try DXM again, but if you don't have access to it in pure chemical form those robotussin pills are the next best.

ya I have a different high suggestion...... WEED.... fuck all that manufactured cough medicine. Id rather just tear my lungs up then all of my internal organs failing on me by the time I'm 35. fuck, especially considering tolerance build up. I think hard liquer sounds like a healthier option

For some of us here in the Hallucinatory Substances Section of RIU ... weed is not even considered a drug. We have been in the trenches for a very long period of time and ... some of us
simply don't understand the concept of ......2 stoned 2 function.
And believe me ... we have the best weed here ... it always shines straight from the gardens ... then it gets garnished with oUr cHoIcE of exotic JWH's ....

But for some of us pot will always be MJ. Kinda like cigarettes with a twist ..... a slight buzz .... social laxative and nothing but.

P.S We live in a bubble ... everything is manufactured .... by nature ... by humans who are but extension of nature (our hands speed up the evolutionary process in a test tube ... as we play with alchemy) .... some manufactured things are better/worse than other.

Further ... some of us are way beyond 35 .... with organs functioning perfectly .... (most of them) ..... and would tend to agree that
in reality ... if anything is going to kill you ..... alcohol is your worst enemy !

umm..... real drugs??? robo frying? are you guys serious....
1. I don't consider weed a drug either, i consider it a flower (one that gets you way fucking high, in case you haven't tried good weed/different strains. just cuz you live in cali doesnt mean you smoke good weed)
2. I have done and will do plenty of drugs. I have robofried, taken corsidin and all that nasty shit(just in the cough syrup category), not to mention all the lsd which is fuckin awesome even if it is bad for your brain, mushrooms, ecstacy, coke, opium (also I don't consider all of these drugs), all sorts of uppers and downers, hell I even tried meth. so don't worry i'v done plenty of "real fucking drugs" and have plenty of hands on experience to form my own opinion.
3. look at you guys jumping on someone who says they don't like cough syrup. seriously? even a positive rep for it? wow
4. I agree with the alcohol statement, I was merely exaggerating. however if you drank robotusin to the point that true alcoholics drink.... well I would at least be very interested in seeing the results of a study on that
5. and most importantly..... the reason we are in the trenches with weed still, is because the gov has been considering it a recreational drug since anslinger. you get high on weed, well you get high on heroin and coke too which is why jimmy carter could not get it legalized, and why medical caregivers are getting busted still

really you guys, don't assume people have less experience than you just cuz they don't agree. keep in mind the question was any other suggestions on highs besides cough and cold meds. and if you want me to change my vote to a chemical, then it goes to lsd, by far. I didn't post to argue over cough syrup, so I'm done here

This thread is about the correct dosage of DXM.
Our friend here does not realize that there is a bunch of things in Robo ... which are added on purpose for the user to throw up.
This is engineered on purpose by chemical companies to controlling dosage.

Mouth wash contains chemicals that will make you sick ... in order to persuade correct use .... as a mouth wash not an alcoholic beverage ... lol
Kinda thing ...

In this light ...
We want to present the user ... with facts.
And above all avoid ... him/her getting sick .... with the substance at hand.

This is not a thread about suggestions for other alternatives to get high.

Personaly I don't do any drugs, and I don't reccomend other people to try them either.

you could try an extraction but its really not worth the effort considering the needed supplies and the better use they could be put to a lil google goes a long way!!!

its actually pretty easy to do an extraction on it... hell, the most complicated part imo, is keeping the lighter fluid taste/smell out of it.
