i practically gave up smoking cause of cotton mouth idk wat it is but i bugs the shit out of me....any suggestions

Um, water? Chewing gum works pretty well, not the sugary kind but one of the sugar free varieties. Excess sugar tends to exacerbate cottonmouth, for me anyway.
