Cost of 99 plant limit?

How much is it to grow 99 plants?
You quoted my post, but apparently did not read it.

The only thing you need to grow more than 6 plants is a doctor's recommendation. Doctor's charge $30 to $150 for that, and the rec is valid for 1 year.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but there are no plant number limits for patients in California.

The 6 mature, or 12 immature plant limit that was established by the State Assembly in SB420 was found to be unconstitutional by the Kelly Supreme Court decision.
Does this article reference the Kelly Supreme Court decision you refer to? If so, is this decision still relevant after the state went recreational?

thanks.

Now that Prop 64 is in effect, most of the info in this thread is still correct, as far as plant numbers go.

Every household can legally grow up to 6 plants, and patients who have a current doctors recommendation can grow as many as they need, within reason.

Pre-64 each county could use their own discretion but were required not to go below the SB420 limits. The Kelly decision allowed some counties to limit to 99. (Santa Cruz was one, trust me) Also, the Feds typically won
t mess with a garden that small unless you are collateral damage, like growing 98 next to your neighbor with 1500.

When I had 75 indoors the Sonoma the Sheriff laughed at my grow and literally said "We don't care about that shit unless we can smell it from 1/4 mile away, locked my grow room door and walked away.

Now that 64 is here you gotta watch out for the regulators, particularly the SWRCB. They are very serious about water use because of its use in our drought State. I actually found an old, long lost grow buddy because he showed up on their publicly posted violaters list. Individual counties can still do what they want with more flexibility outside of the med rules which are beginning to deteriorate. Shit, look at Fresno County as an example. No grow, no dispensaries.
