You didn't answer the question
Do you think a worker at Burger King has the right to refuse to take an order due to customer being darker than a paper bag ?

Do you mean a recycled paper bag ? A wax covered paper bag ? Could you elaborate ?

no, you've spent years telling us that you think having to serve black people is the same as rape and slavery

When you say "having to" , you really mean you're okay with forcing a person to serve you against their will right? Like slaveholders did ?

there you go again, comparing civil rights to rape and slavery because you're a racist

Nope, I'm comparing forcing a neutral person to do X , to forcing a neutral person to do Y.

In each instance I don't have a right to force anybody.

You insist that you do, but can't tell me where that right comes from. Even more ironic is, if you HAD that right, (you don't) your having it and using it would be an application of forced hierarchy, which is the opposite of "equal rights", Mr. Shit fer brains.

Still winning.

Anyone else notice how the radical rightwing extremist is desperate to derail a thread about a black man who (introduced a bill to deschedule cannabis) might run for president in 2020?

For a guy who calls himself a voluntaryist and goes on and on about his nonagression principal insofar as one being where they're not welcome, he sure doesn't seem to get how little welcome he is.

Funny how you avoid a question when that question reveals just how much of a dumb fuck you can be.
I have to believe that means you do approve of a person having a right to refuse service to a person who is darker than a paper bag. You do realize this was done in this country by racist...you sir are a racist.

The corollary to your idea is you insist that person A somehow has a right to force person B to serve them. Absent a bilateral and mutually consenting agreement between them, that right doesn't exist.

If you could refute that, you and the gang of jackals already would have. Except, you can't, so you change the subject and make an emotional appeal argument without defeating the substance of my argument.

In plain English, you are okay with forms of forced servitude. You believe in order to "protect equality", you must first use a system where the main feature is the denial of equality to do it. That's a nonsensical argument. Then when I point that out, you cry and call me a racist.

My position has nothing to do with favoring a specific race. it has everything to do with favoring individual autonomy and equal right of every person, OF EVERY RACE, to not be forced into human relationships they'd rather not have.

My IQ just dropped 10 points closer to yours with that drivel

Anybody that doesn't appreciate Corey Booker introducing legislation to federally legalize marijuana is an idiot. Not sure he's the ideal Dem candidate in 2020 for Pres, but I sure do appreciate the guy.

Klobachar for Pres 2020 (Common sense rules, extremists are conspiracy driven nutjobs like Trump).

Cory Booker is confused though. He thinks rights are really government granted privileges. Clearly that's a contradiction.

Anybody that thinks permission from an overseer is the same thing as freedom is trapped in a mental cage.

I bet after all the smoke clears Cory Booker will be just another bought and paid for politician. His "free money" savings account plan is the tip off.

Don't you find it odd that Cory Booker is dangling "marijuana legalization" out there like he's a freedom messiah and then he wants to forcibly redistribute money (debt expansion) to further enslave people while eroding their freedom to defend themselves at the same time ?

He's a tool.
