Yes, absolutely. Only real issue is gone be that you'll have to get those lights probably 10" from the plants which could cause a heat problem, even with weak LEDs.

So, here are the PPFD maps of your light at different heights. Each square represents 5". For vegetative, you want 400-600. For Flowering, you want 500-900. Your seedlings will be happy with 200-400. The high end for each of these ranges is best, the low end would be your minimum for decent growth. It looks like 16-18" is your best bet for the seedlings depending on how you have them set up.Screenshot_20200628-034647_Amazon Shopping.jpg
