You gotta love restraining orders. I mean, they're pretty useless when it comes to protecting you, but they go so far to fuck the other person in court...
lol, when I was a kid, I thought you know, restraining order says he can't come within however many feet, so he CAN'T come within so many feet, because that's what it says.
So what do you guys plan to do if he violates the RO? Do the cops got really fast response times where you're at?

So he wouldn't get too out of hand? Because, I mean, 10 minutes is a long time when someone is trying to do some real damage. I mean, I know it's your brother-in-law, and I'm just thinking of MY mom's brother. I mean, he's my uncle, and I love him, but when he's really mad, nothing seems to matter.
he's pretty harmless. it just the threats that are uncalled for. i don't think he would do anything but i do find myself a little more aware these days.

Yeah, that's definately not cool that he threatened your wife. That's his SISTER! If one of my brothers threatened me...I dunno if I'd be more hurt or pissed.

yep I feel ya there. But then again ive had my sister seriously attack me so i can tell you that i was more pissed off than hurt.
hey fdd just be happy that it isnt your wife and your mom man, my wife and my mom have been harboring some kinda evil hatred twords each other as far as i can remember, and neither of them have a real legitimate reason for it.?
but glad to hear that things are working out a bit in your favor now without having to get rough n rowdy with anyone.
If he can be peacefull you gonna lett him come around before the ro is lifted?
