You don't ever here them bitch about Mercury.
That is a real problem,

They just want a new taxation method.

cracker, i aint got sound on my computer for some reason, so the vid means nothing to me, but what are we complaining/ranting about here?

The guy goes on and on about how youtube is worthless if ppl don't bother to have sound cards...

In a nutshell.... this.

At [the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in] Copenhagen, this December, weeks away, a treaty will be signed. Your president will sign it. Most of the third world countries will sign it, because they think they’re going to get money out of it. Most of the left-wing regime from the European Union will rubber stamp it. Virtually nobody won’t sign it.

I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word “government” actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfication of what is called, coyly, “climate debt” — because we’ve been burning CO2 and they haven’t. We’ve been screwing up the climate and they haven’t. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement.

How many of you think that the word “election” or “democracy” or “vote” or “ballot” occurs anywhere in the 200 pages of that treaty? Quite right, it doesn’t appear once. So, at last, the communists who piled out of the Berlin Wall and into the environmental movement, who took over Greenpeace so that my friends who funded it left within a year, because [the communists] captured it — now the apotheosis as at hand. They are about to impose a communist world government on the world. You have a president who has very strong sympathies with that point of view. He’s going to sign it. He’ll sign anything. He’s a Nobel Peace Prize [winner]; of course he’ll sign it.

And the trouble is this; if that treaty is signed, your Constitution says that it takes precedence over your Constitution, and you can’t resign from that treaty unless you get agreement from all the other state parties – And because you’ll be the biggest paying country, they’re not going to let you out of it.

So you're worried about the formalization of something that's been going on for years?

Can anyone tell me the name of this treaty? Have you read it? I remind you, this presentation is read by a Lord, do you trust him to interpret things for you?

Yes indeed, both choices for President were horrible .. as usual. Think about it though.... the USA has a two front war on right now..... so, it would be terrible to have a President with actual military experience right?

When you were in the military, imagine if civilians with no experience told you how and where to fight. It would have inspired great confidence in you, ... wouldn't it?

We are at war. Obama is the wrong guy at the wrong time. Like Clinton, Obama is much more interested in domestic policy. This is the same "head in the sand" mentality which brought 9/11 down on all of us.

If you want to protect america ... truly protect her ... you must project strength to ur enemies, not appeasement, not indecision. The situation in both Iraq and Afghanistan AND Pakistan is destabilizing quickly, and yet, our Commander in Chief is still "gathering information". Huh? Like this is brand new to him? He's been getting briefings since he was sworn in. If he can't think it through, maybe we need someone who can. The Taliban just went into the capital and killed a bunch of UN staffers right in their own compound, while Obama was "mulling over the options"....for five weeks now.

Projected weakness.... the Taliban now know they need merely wait Obama out. The USA will regret this indecision. the USA will regret ever voting Obama into office.

One part that kinda shocked me, China was listed as a developing nation. So in essence they are getting the same benefit as 3rd world nations, even though they own our ass financially? So we will be paying them 2 fold now, and they the ones that wont join Obama and his pals in their crap and trade bs, but they get this perk.

Oh, absolutely.... they and India will NOT be participating.... this EASILY cancels out any carbon savings (which isn't the problem anyway, but it's taxable $$).

This isn't about cleaning up the world environmentally, it's about the redistribution of western wealth back to the third world.

China and India will SELL credits and make out on both ends....

It's a political and economic cruelty they have dreamed up for us all. The "green" is the smoke screen.... don't be fooled!!
