No you don't know how to be specific. You should have said nebraska, north carolina, missouri, ohio, or one of the other states that have decrim laws. Not just list a map with marijuana legislation territories and leave it at that. I forgot about the states

I'm not trying to lol, if you think all the laws in the us are the same on mj then you need to go state to state and read them in my state they go by weight man and 4 plants are simple possession, here is something i copied from my state law, they are not heard on you here over weed lol unless you growing 100 plants 50 plants is 1 year in jail or pay a huge fine ...Cultivation in............ will be punished based upon the aggregate weight of the plants found as either simple possession or as possession with the intent to distribute that is what is says on my state law, that's why every i know that grows wont grow moor then 4 plants for there self after 4 plants it adds up to some time in prison

that sounds like your state bases it off of weight at the time of arrest, not on the number of plants...

okay, you just posted; they're not going to base it off of "possession" it becomes "cultivation" and that is different according to what you just linked...it says "any amount"

if you grow moor then 5 plants they will say you are trying to sale it and can some times also say you are trying to sale 5 plants that becomes moor charges, we know in wv that 4 plants is simple possession with out getting hit with the selling charge, unless you grow huge ass plants but 4 3 ft plants is not jail time the first time at all it can be but most will pay the fine did you read where it said.. Possession of marijuana in any amount is a misdemeanor punishable by not less than 90 days, nor more than 6 months and not fined more than $1,000. they never make you do the time, just like beating some ones ass is a year in jail but you do 3 days and get back out and you dont pay shit, the way it sounds is you can grow 100 plants and its simple possession, but they work around that and his you ass up, they look at it as if you was just growing to smoke it why do you need 5 or 6 plants, Im not cool with growing 5 kuz they may be dicks and hit me in the mouth

Im not going to grow here now,but all im saying is the punishment is not harsh at all and the fine is not that bad and usually you get a 300 dollar fine with no jail time, based up on this i should not go buy weed from a dealer kuz i may get hit in a road check and get the same charge for that bag of weed as i will for the 3 plants, and also dont need to smoke kuz its against the law, Fuck that let me see you do that shit... i got just as much chance ff not moor getting busted driving home with a bag of weed, they road check here randomly and there is no way to avoid it.....

Most cops are not like this. At least not up here in Canada. I think you would be fine if he was a regular beat cop but DEA or an undercover then yeah, youre i trouble because those tend to be the cops who don't have an off switch when it comes to policing. I think your good though bro, just be respectful and you'll be golden.
