just the same air thats already in there.

do you have a hood?
does it have ventilation holes in it?
if so you can cover one side with duct tape or aluminum foil and either push air onto the bulb or pull hot air from it. make sense?

Search for Fan Trays, they are used in computer racks to move air. Mont one on the roof of your cabinet and suck air in from holes in the bottom. I got this off ebay for $55.
