cool tube question

Ive been looking at cool tubes and theres ones with a ballast and one with a lamp cord... would it matter?

Put a link up. Normally they would come with a cord connected the the ES connection, then you choose what ballast to run.....it may be a combo deal you are looking at? A link would help.

The one in the link has no ballast, just the tube w/ socket and the fan and some ducting. You will still need to get a ballast if you do not have one, if you choose that deal.
