Cool tube+Ballast

So...I'm negotiating with this guy on Ebay.
I'm high bidder on both his 400w hps/mh ballast and his 400w Cool tube with new HPS and MH bulbs.

Right now i'm the winning bidder on both...for $30 a piece...plus shipping. So I messaged him and told him i'd just give him 100 plus shipping straight up....

Would this be a decent deal?

The cooltube with the bulbs was one auction, and the ballast another.

was asking if. he wanted 30 ea. for the balast, tube and each light. Or just 30 ea for the balist and tube? Good god don't know if thats any better then the first time. lol

When do the auctions end? The prices are probably going up as we speak.

EDIT - Looks like you have 4 days if I'm looking at the right seller. Forget about paying $30 apiece.
