Cool Cab vs the Caddy

I'm looking to purchase a hydroponics cabinet and don't know much about growing. How have these two Cabinets worked for anyone??? Do I need the caddy with the clone area or should I just purchase the cool cab and buy clones for 10 bucks and save the time?? What do these yield per month??

whats up man, ive just barley started growing myself. i bought the Cool Cab from Sunlightsheds and i think u have the caddy and cool cab switched. The Cab has the clone area the caddy does not. I really recommend getting the Cool Cab bud,i think once u start growing you will regret not having it. And plus, why not??? And i dont know if your wondering about sunlighsheds, but there legit as fuck man. I recommend them, and there product to all my friends. So what im saying is GO BIG get the CoolCab homie.

I have the caddy myself and while the clone chamber is not in the caddy you do get a seprate clone chamber I chose the caddy over the cool cab for the extra head room currently Im in the middle of my first grow and everything is looking good just a bit of advice though look at getting diffrent nutes instead of the moon dust.I have heard mixed things about the moondus so I went out and am using foxfarm.

I have been wondering about the cool cab myself... I have a couple of questions for anyone that ownes either of the two systems:

1: Do they need or require an out vent?
I kinda thought they would, but I guess you could tell me for sure...

2: Did your electricty bill or usage go up through the roof when in use??
I know it will go up a bit, but will my usage become suspect from that point? I guess Im asking if it's efficient .

Thanks

I've heard nothing but mixed to good things about these systems. If you were to go with a prebuilt cab, then the only one I could recommend is sunshed. Sadly that is the best you can do and they have a "good bang for the buck" compared to other prebuilt units (only compared to other prebuilt units).

Personally I'd say just order the parts online. With a weeks worth of research you could make a much nicer cab. It's really not worth 2000 dollars. I bet I could put one together for around 500-600 maybe a 1000 if I went all out and crazy with the shit I put in it. On the sun shed website it itemizes what comes with the cabs. Just order that shit online or build your hydro sytem yourself.

Also for 2 grand you can convert one of your closets into a way more bomb ass setup than one cab (hell for two grand you can make two bad ass closet setups). You could easily build a vegging and fruiting area. Hell, I'm building two 8x8x8 rooms (that's two rooms that size) and I plan to spending around 5 grand on that and I know that will be a way more bomb ass setup. So for only 500 dollars extra I'll have a killer setup (per room compared to the overall price of a cab). I'm just trying to advise you that their are better cheaper alternatives out there. Also there is a certain satisfaction involved knowing you made something, knowing it works, and lastly enjoying the fruits of your labor.

I can speak for the caddy and let you know that no you dont need an out vent infact they come with a carbon filter that
attaches to the back.
as far as cost of electricity I would say its like running a refridgerater. my wife and I havnt notticed a big diffrence in the bill.at most I would say $50 a month
ps if you look me up I am trying my first grow with the caddy I will let people know of any issues I am using and take any suggestions.I hope this helps give you an idea.
