Easy ~ Take 2.5 sticks of real butter and put it in a pot of simmering water, once butter is melted add all material and simmer one hour ( plenty time ) then pour all out into a large bowl and strain material to get all butter/water out. Then put bowl of butter\water in fridge (never freezer) and let sit for 12-24 hrs untouched so butter can become solid above water and next day pull butter off top (easy) and use it. It will be close to 2 sticks worth. And also it will taste clean. One oz of leaf will make 1 batch brownies.
