Controlling high temps

i am running into the same issue.. running a 600watt hid in a 5 1/2' x 2' × 7 1/2' closet. have ac adjoining room.. when its not having a day when its having difficulty keeping room under 80.. been a couple days this grow, its usually 70 right outside closet.

my point.. i could sacrifice light by dropping down to a 400 and keeping temps lower 70s in the closet or gain the extra lumens with the 6 and run anywhere between 82-84 above canopy and 70-80 below canopy. i am flowering now and they look healthy.

but which would you do? tighter, cooler temp range or more light?

I would run them hard and hot until the last 2 or 3 weeks then I would cut the light and heat to achieve density.

I’m at day 50... 20 more left... that’s what I’m about to do... done totally maxed her out for the sake of some smoke... poor girl, I can tell she is toasting faster than normal... with the mainlining & my extra pruning... equal a mistake...low yield to me....but gone get what I can...
