Only read one article about their use and they supposedly are great and actually clear the way for the beanies to work. I wonder if something else caused the issue u had? I'll do some more reading but just thinking out loud as everything is just peachy in my root zone at the moment.

Keep your root zone cold and run nothing but nutes and you'll be fine.

Enzymes are fine IF you are running benies. There hs to be something in the solution to actually eat the "food" the enzymes produce.
But, if you but that overpriced hydrozyme shit I'll cut your balls off. Pondzyme, amazon. $20 last you a year.

Anyone ever try uc roots? Thinking of running cultured solutions nutes next round w/ uc roots. My friend who's oem UC system I copied uses their nutes and has a single plant the size of a Volkswagen.

Thanks legal, I was looking at it yesterday, a pound for $25 here at pet smart
. Actually now that my temps are consistently 65 everything has fucking exploded. Yup been wasting my time the last few years, never realized how much difference it made, always thinking everything was fine lol. Plants are drinking twice as much as they ever have 
. Need bigger res's now lol.

So one question though. My Res temps are actually going lower than 65 with them being insulated except for bottom. Should I be concerned if they are hitting 63 or is that ok?

Some guys run in the fifties but I see happy plants anywhere from 61-70, as long as they get colder than 66 at least once every day.

Well the last few days they've been steady at 63 so just didn't want any surprises. Had enough lol. It's gotten a tad cooler here at -5 F and glycol pumps have been off for a week. Gonna take clones this weekend and throw one tray I nto flower. Thanks for all the help guys!!!!

In the cooler temps, you'll slow down root/upper growth a bit, but the plants will stay happy even then. You can control growth speed this way. I often use these lower temps (high 50'sF-low 60's), to even out spacing between harvests. Hours/days of trimming is a killer. ...and bugs hate the cold. I recommend playing with your water temps and see way works best for you.

Yes trimming that would be a chore lol. It actually was a logistical nightmare for me as I was basically running my own show near the end and with outdoor grows here there are a mitigating factors as to, when the plants are finished they are finished, and must be processed fast or they're lost (mostly mould and bud rot). Indoor is a bit more relaxed I find. And my numbers are slightly less lol. But right now I need speed to fill the cupboards before the 3 month "no harvest" period I have between the indoor and outdoor. And my grows are not even close to what you guys are achieving
