Probably just fat calyx but I'm going to need a much clearer picture of where those lower nodes connect to the stem to give you an answer.

Ok next question, I had this in with 4 females till today, is there a risk of pollination at this point or was it too early

That all depends on how long it's been growing. If it has released pollen then you will find some of those sacs will be split open and you will see white powder on leaves below it. It's not worth worrying about, though. If it released pollen then there's nothing you can do now but wait and see how badly pollinated it the other plant s
