confused and worried

my plants are are about a month old and out of 4 my tallest 2 are flowering on their own (they are on 18/6)

i don't mind them flowering but i am worried because almost all the stipules are like burning off
should i switch to 12/12 or can should i leave them on 16/8 since they are flowering anyway... also my pistils look burnt. i am really worried

Those aren't flowers, they are preflowers - which any plant will do, vegged long enough. You can continue to veg until you're ready. As for the burning - I can't really tell what's going on, from your pic.

can i please get somebody to verify that it is female ? i just want to be sure

Yes, it's female.

i would say leave it untill your ready for all plants to flower then switch 12/12, ensure that there is NO light during the night cycle
