I'm very confused about this I'm in week 3 of flowering I'm trying an 11/13 time cycle

lights on - 7am
lights off - 6pm

However? This is where it keeps confusing me if the clocks go back 1 hour in October what time should I put the light on? And off?

Leave them as they are, 11/13 is 11/13, regardless of what the clock says.
So the clocks go back 1 hour on the 29th October so when the time on my phone automatically updates it would mean bedtime is at 5 pm instead of 6 PM so do I just continue to put them to bed at 6pm? But isn't that giving them an extra hour of light? I am confused lol

Just set them to how you want the light schedule to be and go. If you have mechanical timers that won't automatically update the new time just change them the day before or after.

A one hour change will not bother plants in week 3.

Everything just happens 1 hour earlier. So they go to bed at 5pm and wake up at 6am.

Ok so hopfully I'll be in week 8 by the 29th october (daylight savings begin) currently lights off 6pm clock goes back 1 hour what time am I putting the light off? If 5 PM is technically 6pm but because it went back an hour time says 5 PM so I'm really confused

So basically the 5 PM is actually going to be my new usual time slot which would be 6pm but because they went back an hour its light off at 5 PM and light on at 6 am but because again they went back an hour its 6 am technically that's still my usual time
Slot at 7 am so basically my new times for lights off is 5 PM lights on 6 am ?

You run your timer on a smartphone? Explain..
No I don't use a timer for tactical reasons I don't have enough plug sockets wires don't reach it's a nightmare i was using a timer during veg but I now have to run a dehumidifier and the plug that supported the timer which would switch off light on means anything connected will also switch on off lol

You just have regular timers right and not some kind of smartphone ones? I have regular digital ones and never change the schedule. I just remember the actual light cycle time. When I started I put a sign on the outside of the area to remind myself so I didn't do anything stupid. It's really pretty simple though. Just remember everything happens an hour later during daylight savings time and an hour earlier in fall when we "Fall Back". Or you could just move to Arizona, lol.

It’s not that hard if your timers are based on your phones time and you don’t move them all back an hr, it will all be an hr later so off at 8am and on at 7pm actual time. Move them back if you want to stay on the same schedule

Can't use plug timers I did during veg but I now have to run a dehumidifier so I have to do it the hard way manually so I switch the light on atm 7am and then 6pm off so when the clock goes back 1 hour smartphones will automatically update time so it will confuse my schedule so think i got it now basically the light on will be 6am and light off at 5pm when the clock goes back 1 hour

Turn the light off the same time you always do. Go to bed. Wake up. Turn the light on the same time you always do. The hour shift isn't gonna fuck it up. You'll be ok. Now, if you have an aneurysm trying to figure this all out and Kiel over, your plants will suffer. So just stick to your schedule per the clock.

You really should figure out a way to use a timer. It's so much easier. But you can do it by hand if you need to. You got it though. 5pm off and 6am on when clocks go back an hour.

So that extra hour of light and darkness won't confuse my plants?

Not any more than it confused you. You doing it manually and being off by minutes every day is no better for it than 1 hour one time. Hell, I just kept my lights on an extra 30 minutes so I could finish flushing my plants and they are like 8 weeks in. You'll be good. Relax, enjoy the ride.
