I wish I had a piece of that pie, or graham cracker as the case maybe. Unfortunately I just swore off cooking anything EVER again! 40 pounds of Carnitas wasn't the worst. I thought they would be, but it turns out Pico de Gallo done well is the worst! I spent 6 hours dicing that shit.
NO MORE COOKING! It's restaurants for me forever.
