When I was 10 I stole a series of pulleys and weights from the hardware store. I rigged up the pulleys and weights to turn on and off my light switch, and open and close my bedroom door. But I always felt bad about stealing, so I paid for the items when I turned 17. Store owner thought I was joking about it all.

I'll be honest, this confession thing is new to me. It feels refreshingly good. I can see why the religious types sin so much; they get to confess afterwards!


I will also confess this: when I was very young and I couldn't sleep I would often curl up on the floor in front of my parents bedroom door. I've yet to grow out of this behavior.

Sounds like you have the pesky engineering gene in you. Did you like to take your parents electrical appliances apart? I've run afoul of that once or twice in my engineering youngun'
