pics I have a fogger type aeroponic setup. Can any of you McGuyvers help me figure out a way to build a pressure release condensation collector/ recycler.

Here are some pics. The fan in the one pic blows a hydro fog into the bucket with the net pots. The fog has nowhere to go once in bucket 2. I need some kind of pressure release for bucket 2 but I don't want the mist blowing all over my grow room. So something to recondense the mist and run back into the res and let the air out of the system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have never seen a fan feeding plants. What I would do is take the box that you are growing in and slap a submergeable pump in it and have a pvc line coming up like a T with holes pointed up where the water hits the top lid and splashes everywhere. It would all be self contained. You could even add an air stone in the bottom to keep o2 supplied to the roots. I was thinking maybe you could drill a hole in your box and have an L shaped pipe sticking out and up to let air release but the gravity should hold the water in. Good luck.

I don't want an aeroponic spray setup. I need to figure out how to make the water cycle complete without a dehumidifier, so I am not just evapoating nute soup into the air. I have had this running for a day and a half and the roots have almost tripled in size. I know this isn't the easiest setup I could have built but if I can nail it down it should be the best. I love your system. I just set up something similar for rooting, its smaller but similar in concept.

I think that you will find that the fog will condensate in the secondary tub, forming puddles in the bottom. I hope that installing a gravity fed drain line for the excess water should be sufficient to remove it from the system.
You can then put it back in the solution if you like. But I will be letting it go to the toliet. Keep it fresh I say.

What say you?
