Guess I'm going with Turbotax again this year. Looks like a 25% price hike. I always get a disc instead of a download.

I also use/had used a financial aggregator (Mint) (Free) for 15 years. Keeps track of everything, CC transactions, loans, investments.
They are discontinuing the program so I have to look at other options. Monarch was too pricy and other free apps didn't do what I needed.
Mint wants you to use app (Credit Karma) but early reports say it doesn't import stuff well and limits history.

Think I'm going with Simplifi a Quicken product, not as complicated as some other Quicken programs.

Amazon had another price reduction on TurboTax (Fed and State), Deluxe >$45; H&B>$75.
I know that's about what Deluxe was last year, doubt if it will get cheaper.
Some investment brokers/banks offer TT free or discounted if you have accounts with them.

Oh heck ya.. I'm so glad I been hoarding like 8-9 old PC LCD monitors. And bigger flat screens too.

My PC cases are about to get the coolest upgrades ever.

Oh, and my grow rooms will be too! Transparent view windows in my hatches/doors, with heads up display status to monitor all the environmental and reservoir conditions when I look in on the plants? You best believe its gonna be happening.

Ever heard of RTL-SDR?

BB tried this out, requires downloading software and making driver changes, (did I mention I DIDN't back up drivers or create a restore point)? Well the SDR stuff didn't work, too complicated for me and as a parting gift in it's removal, left me with something corrupted with wifi/adapters, drivers. I thought about doing the RTL install on a old shitty laptop. I thought...naaaw, what could go wrong? What a PITA. I'm sure there's a Murphyism that covers this. :hump:

Sorry I could not help but laugh. I've torched myself so many times doing exactly that and I know better.

Just saw this. I knew about this type of Google search:

site:rollitup.org penis

but not about this:
Google trick: Type filetype: at the beginning of your search when looking for a spreadsheet or other document. Want a PDF? Write filetype:pdf and your keyword. For an Excel spreadsheet, type filetype:xlsx and your keyword. Anything publicly available is just a few clicks away!

I would always put .pdf for instance with the search term but that didn't always yield just .pdf's.

You can use the [CODE] or [ICODE] tag so it doesn't translate into an emoji:

Here it is inline filetype:pdf as an example

Edit: after playing around with that, you can't nest [ICODE] tags properly. It tries to do another inline, which it shouldn't. Everything within the outermost tags should be rendered as pre/code
