Hey guys, i had an old computer just sitting in my room and ive been wanting to grow for a while now and i heard about computer grows before and this spiked the idea that i should try and grow one bud plant in my computer so i took everything that i could out of it but alot of the space was taken up by the dvd drives holder bit that you aint able to take out, so my question is could i grow one bud plant in the space of 17cm (L) x 25cm (H) x 16cm (D)?

I used two of the fans i found inside that takes air in and out of the computer case, There is only a 55w 5500K cfl in there atm but im hoping to get a e27 two in one holder and get another 26W 6400K cfl in there.

that setup is far too small man. you need a full tower case, not a mini case. by the time you take into account a 4 inch high pot, say another 2 inches for your light, you are left with about 4 inches of plant. you cant grow in a space smaller than a shoebox dude.

i took out the metal frame thing which was taking up a load of space:

Using just the black casing and the front of the computer this has given me a space of about 40cm(L) x 42cm(H) x 16cm(D).

Is this still to small for one plant?

You could grow a seedling in there. That's all. On Average here's what I see for the heights of indoor cannabis plants - Seedlings (first 2-3 weeks) grow to 6", Veg plants (next 1-2 months) grow to 6" to 18" inches, Flowering plants (last two months) grow 2-3x taller than their height at the end of the Vegetative Growth Stage so 12" to 54". Soooooo yea, no. GL
