Commerical space??

Does any one know how secure it would be to set up a OP at a rented warehouse or something similar?? Say you were to rent from the owner and not a property management company?

I know with some zoning laws you have to have an inspector out at the building every so offen or w/e, but there has to be someone who has tried or is using a rented warehouse type enviroment for an OP. Just want to know zoning laws, privacy, etc.

If anyone has some info on a OP that they are doing or know someone who has done an OP somewhere INDOORS other then their closet or random room in their house.

Haha, You ever read about the asians they're always busting? Renting houses just for grow ops ect.
