Riverside and San Bernandino are 2 of the worst counties in Southern California for legal MMJ grows and collectives. I don't know about Eldorado?? I have a buddy that had a large space out there and he just had to pick up and move as he was having issues with the landlord.. The local police aren't friendly out there and the local governments and courts are worse..
