you could always get the cheaper set up with the cheaper bulbs for now time, and later down the line if and when you've got some spare cash, you can always buy a better bulb if you think its needed.. but for now, i'm sure you could get buy just fine on the shit that comes with the one for two bills... :_)

i planned my trip to the club on the morning they got their new clones in and picked the bushiest Kryptonite (and 1 Lavender) that i could find. Left 'em in their cups for a week as quarantine, then transplanted and threw 'em under the light. The first week i didn't get much growth, but then i added the fluoro and i've experienced a growth explosion! Just in time too, b/c it gets pretty wrm in the room during the day with lights on so i'll have lights on from 7p-7a to fight the heat without a/c. If it doesn't work, i have an a/c as back-up, but wanna watch the power bill. My bill went up about $30/month when 12/12 and about $50/month on 20/4.

I wish i still had those clones, i got new ww seeds and am growin 1 plant under a 600 watter but havin trouble gettem as big or even close to as big as those were, i think its cuz i had so much light above them, a 400 and a 600 & i would always keep the lights super close to the plants
maybe thats what im doin wrong , i got mine in a steel cabinet now and plant cant get as big plus my light is stationary so i havnt been keeping the light right on it
the plants in the above pics were like 5 - 6 feet tall

Honestly I went on Ebay and foun everything. I even got a 400 watt combo mh/hps with a 120/240 ballast
Auto voltage detection... it kicks the pants off of htg lights.
Made my own custom package for around 350.
If you think that's expensive, if I would have bought that shit seperately I would spent 600 easily.
Do a little research on Ebay and you can get everything YOU want.(Not what they give you)

Buddy o mine recently purchased their 400w CMH setup. The reflector is junk, but he adapted the socket to a hood he built (polished stainless steel, 2'x3'x12" tall, air-cooled, tempered glass bottom, with the 400w CMH on one end, and a 400w MH bulb on the other....switching to 400w Sunmaster Warm Deluxe when flowering). Those CMH setups are the bees knees...bright as the fires of hell. He also purchased 2 of the 90w UFOs from HTG. They've held up beautifully...especially when compared the the cheap ebay units who's power supplies go out every grow. HTG is the only way to fly.
