by the looks of it, your plant has only been flowering for what, a week or two?? So, youve got a little while b4 your buds mature and has "white all over it"

they usually double in size from when you swith to the 12hr periods...

why dont you try tieing them down.. get some yarn or shoe string and about 2/3 of the way up form the soil, tie the string to the plant, then pull the string so your plant is at about a 45 degree angle, next just put the string under your bucket so it stays in 1 spot..

Low Stress Training also, you can bring it down a little further ea. day but remember LOW stress training

still a while left i reckon. 6 weeks or so? will double the height at which it started flowering. and it will go white and crystally, give it time. also, may want to trim some of those fan leaves to get light to those lower buds

maybe leave it a week before trimming, but its a good tactic to allow the lower budding regions to get more light. you could always do this later, after the top colas have been harvested allowing more light to the bottom flowers, and better growth and yields. simply cut the stem of the leaf with a sterilised knife as close to its root stem as possible.. easy!
