ive read on a couple of posts not to cut off the hade leaves as they act like solar panels for your plant and removing them is detrimental to the plant. like the setup but reckon you could have cut back some of the leaves on your clones so there is less leaf for the plant to support until theyre rooted (not that im an expert by any means) in the next couple of weeks im gonna start my first dwc scrog grow so if you want to learn from my mistakes might be a good chance :P

yeah the first time doing cuttings def could have been smaller and less leafage but they looking healthy so far so all good lol

when i say cut i didnt mean take them right off but actually cut the ends of the blades i seen this recommended in a few things i looked at

some around leafage only blocking light to bud sites.then by day 45 i like to thin it out 1 more time.
hmm im not sure about pruning leafage back id say at least 90 odd percent of posts ive read and peeps ive spoke to say do not prune
what do peeps looking in on this journal think?
hmm i think ill go put a poll up on the forums and see what those results say lol

I'd say not to cut any leaves, just tuck in a big leaf if it's blocking a main cola, those leaves might still be beneficial for the buds
plus you don't want flowering to slow down now to repair the cuts do ya :P

About cutting leaves: Seems like majority (of experienced growers) say not to cut. Push leaves out of the way, only cut a few leaves if you really have to.
Ive been wanting to cut leaves but know its best just to resist and leave them on.
