Combo of seeds and clones

After some of my clones didn't make it through the cloning process I popped some seeds, in the same room now. Does any one know if the seeds will still mature at the same rate if I dim the light intensity down to slow the clone growth? I have height limitations

Your clones are already mature plants and the seeds are 6 weeks or so from that so no, they will not, has nothing to with light strength. I think what you are really asking is if they will grow at the same rate. Nobody can really answer that but generally speaking my clones take off quicker. I have never mixed and matched though. And you've already learned that you should start twice as many clones as you will end up needing.

I did have twice as much, temps ran too high and I wasn't able to control it.
What I'm asking is does a plant mature by light hours or just hours of life
