Columbian Gold - Jamaican Pipe Dream

I just finished a grow about 1 month ago with the following strais:

1. Barney's Acapulco Gold: Its was a difficult plant to grow early on. You have to stay light on the nutes. Vegged for a little over 1monh. Flowered for about 8-9weeks. Dried ad cured. The smell after cure is fruity. The smoke is smooth. Leaves you in euphoric state of mind. I also pollenated a few lower buds with the male Pipe Dream. AG will be one of my keepers. I still have a couple more seeds. I Highly recommend the AG.

2. Snowhigh Pipe Dream. Easy to grow. I ended up with 2 males and 1 female. I collected some pollen and dusted all my bitches to make seeds. The female did not turn out very good. However, the buds smell and taste like candy blueberries. Excellent in a vape. High is uplifting. I will have to grow this one out again as well. Also made some seeds from male PD.

3. Jamaican Dream. Easy to grow, fruity, and a MUST have. Grows quick. Smoke is fruity. I made a lot of seeds "Jamaican Dream X Pipe Dream" = Jamaican Pipe Dream. I've germinated one of these seeds. Its about 1 week old. The other 2 JPD seeds did not pop. This should be interesting if I have a female. If its a male, then I will make "Columbian Gold X Jamaican Pipe Dream" . I also highly recommend this strain.

4. Dinafem Sweet Deep Grapefruit; Easy to grow. Also fruity strain. I also made "Sweet Deep Grapefruit X Pipe Dream". This one should also be interesting.

Now Here is what I plan to grow.

A. Jamaican Dream X Pipe Dream. This is the strain I made. So far, it looks ok for week old. I plan to veg longer this grow.

B. World of Seeds Columbian Gold: This seed just popped today. I plan on vegging for at least 6 weeks. If the JPD is a male, I will use it to make seeds. If not, I still have some Pipe Dream pollen I can use to get some seeds. I think I will always try to make seeds, since I will admit to being addicted to buying seeds!

Growth for both is slow. I tried to use the peet pellets. Didn't work for me. Next time I will just plop into the dirt.

Replanted JPD today into 5 gal pot. Switched to 400W MH. Up from 250W MH.

Plants are growing slow. I'm starting to think its because my humidity is around 25%. Seems like the plants would do better if there was more humidity. Oh well, that will probably be another experiment.

The JPD is growing slow. With my luck, it will be a male. I only wanted to grow [1] plant this go round, so if JPD is male, I will cross it with the feminized World of seeds Columbian gold to make "Jamaican Pipe Dream Gold". I have no clue what I'm doing, but I'm having LOTS of FUN!!

I added a humidifier today. My RH has been around 20-25%. I think this is why the growth rate has been soo slow.

The CG is very stunted. Hopefully the humidifier will help. The JPD is finally growing. I still don't know sex yet.

Both plants are still growing slow. The JPD is starting to grow branches between the nodes. The JPD is about 9 inches or so. The CG is only about 4 inches tall, and just on the 3rd node or so. I added a humidifier, but it does not seem to be helping so far. Maybe they both are just turtle slow in VEG.

The CG will be 4 weeks tomorrow. The JPD will be 5 weeks tomorrow. I still don't know the sex of the JPD yet.

wos cg is the best strain ever in my opinion. and i'm 50. i can't believe more people don't talk about it. i top it twice. get 5-6oz a plant in 15gallon soil. takes about 75days plus one week using bud ignitor. use organic bloom, it smells unreal. i like iguana and ff big bloom and nirvana. best of quality, very trippy, not for beginner smokers. good luck

Do you have any pictures of your wos cg? The one I have is now over 1 month old, and its only about 5 inches tall, and about 4 nodes.

The CG is starting to grow finally. Still very short. Growth is slow. The JPD is filling out. Still not sure if male or female yet. Structure of the JPD has very tight inter-nodes. Less than couple inches. The JPD is almost 12 inches now. I'm trying to wait for the CG to catch up before flowering, just in case the JPD is a male.

So the JPD is a little over 6 weeks, and the CG is a little over 5 weeks. The JPD has grown, and has many tops. The CG is still growing slow, but the side branches are finally starting to grow. I topped them both about 1 week ago.

The CG and JPD are at 2 weeks flowering now. So far, looking pretty good.

The JPD and CG are almost 3 weeks flowering: Both are doing ok. I used defoliation on both plants to expose more bud sites.
