Coloring off, any help appreciated

I am growing a gorilla girl from sweet seeds regular photo period plant sprouted in paper towel and placed in peat plug then transferred to soil on 2/14/22
Plant is about 3 weeks old
Led-225watts turned down to 75%
18hr on /6 hr
Indoor tent
3-gallon plastic grow bag
Fox farms Ocean Forest soil (3-6months old bag)
Watering every 2-4 days as needed
Plain PH 6.5 water(PH pen calibrated correctly)

did a spinosad soil drench last week ago after seeing some fungus gnats. None since.

Sounds like you transplanted to early with a non-established root system and fed the crap out of it
Now it looks confused and locking out nitrogen but it could just be struggling to create roots
Sorry but ya can’t rush Mother Nature

Yeah I guess not!
I will give it some time and TLC, see what happens
