Color Change

1. My leaf edges of the first 2 leaves on 2 of my plants are turning from green to yellowish brown. Why is this happening? Is it bad and if so how do i fix it?

2. Some of my stems are turning brown while others stay greenish white and are stretchy. Is this normal?
Thanks

lol, relax a bit, its normal. A watched pot never boils. Let the plant do its thing for a few weeks with no nutes, just nice water and watch it grow

Those leaves are dieing on purpose. The seedling uses those for food when getting started. So that part is normal.

Get your lights closer so the stalks do not stretch as much.

Dude - its a wild plant. Its a weed. It will not always look perfect to the eye. What your seeing is energy being sucked from that leave to be used elsewhere in the plant.
Be patient and if you have good seeds - things will turn out cool.

Oh yeah - sex your plants so you don't waste time and resources growing plants that turn out to be males.

Good luck bro...

no males don't produce buds. What he mean is to put your plant in 12/12 phototperiod and see what sex they are when they start to flower and then revert back to 18/6-24/0. But I don't recommend you do that it can stress out your plants and cause hermaproditism or plants with both sex and they can go to seed and you can lose valuable grow time. What you can do though is take a cutting once it is big enough too and put that in a separate room with a photoperiod of 12/12 and wait to see what sex they are. And you should always veg 'em for 8-10 weeks before blooming to prevent Hermaphroditism.

somehow get them 12/12 for a couple days and you will see what ones to toss (males) and you will see the hairs (female) - then put them in pots or whatever..etc
