College: I NEED HELP!!!!

I just want to keep on smoking and get good grades in school...

I DO NOT wake n bake...or go to class/school high

I DO smoke at nighttime usually after 6 pm

Why is it soo hard for me to "make" time to study when i have no desire to whatsoever during the daytime when im sober and on campus


I need some constructive criticism and/or helpful hints on smoking/studying during college

Also i live in a house where beer is very prevalent but i don't drink until the weekends usually starting Thursday - Saturday


I have considered goin cold turkey till the end of the semester, which is like 40 days but i haven't missed a day of smoking since well....the start of summer for me this year


AND DON'T GIVE ME THAT SHIT "if you study high take the test high" I don't and i Wont do that, worst advice ever IMO so please if your going to say that...just don't post it

One of my roommates suggested only smoking on Fridays and Saturdays
Typically i burn through an Eigth of dro per week when i am on my normal routine of evening toking

I probably should cut back on reading "marijuanna" forums so much too LOL

I have an MBA and was baked all day long except for the dry times.

It all depends on what you are there for. if your just wastin time then who care`s when u study just pass. then go to work at mcyd`s.....stay true to yourself......

Its hard for you to make time cause your lazy. Answer = Stop being a lazy ass maybe? And thats not even my advice it's common sense. Do your fucking work, lazy. If I have to do it day in and day out why shouldnt you? I wake n bake before class, after, and all day in between and i can do my homework/school work just fine and never drop below B's on anything. So clearly you blaming the weed for your troubles seems kind of frivolous. Instead of only trying to smoke for two days a week, Maybe you should try to not be lazy for two days a week and do work fool.

If im telling you that i go to class sober every day M-F how is that lazy?
Also, running 2 miles everyday is lazy? Damn weird shiet
Another thing...i live on a ranch and all i would do is get high and work, but for school if i get high i try to do work it doesn't happen <This is where im getting at

If you're worried you can't smoke and pass at the same time then clearly you're not the type of person to do so. Cut back! Some people can study for a test the day before and pass, others can't. I learnt this lesson the hard way..

There is no magic bullet. If you have no desire to study or do coursework after burning, then you need to quit burning on study nights.

yea man sorry to say but u do sound a bit lazy, unmotivated...w/e u want to call it. Gotta deal with your shit man. Think of how much money youll be wasting in tuition if ur going to fail. If u dont wake and bake y dont u just do hw in the morning, blaze later and not have to worry about anything after class? If u like your major y arent u interested in you classes? If u cant study high why do u smk be4 it? Everyones diff, i blaze all the time and im about to grad in may, ill Have a Ba in Chemistry and minor in bio. took lotsa hard classes, had plenty of tests and projects and still got my shit done, just got a few more classes to pass and im all good (pending if i pass calc 2 and quantum mechanics...haha ill be straight). The thing that works best for me is to plan ur scehd with break inbetween classes. Instead of going back to the dorm/apartment on ur breaks chill in the library and READ. All you need to do to pass college is to keep ontop of the text readings and GO to class, gosh i swear i can pass any class as long as i go to class and pay attention-most of the time u can tell whats important to the professor, gotta get a good read on what they expect.

If you cant motivate urself we deff cant motivate you.

You might be doomed to fail if u cant get ontop of things, get a girl to help you/ manage yourtime properly.

to be real honest, college is a waste of time. what's your major?

you gotta wanna study, not just study because your parents told you so. if you in college, you're def old enough to be your own man. just smoke and study. i gotta agree, don't be a lazy ass.

Try working 25+ hours a week of nightshift starting at 3 am, doing 16 credits, and raising a newborn.. It's really hard but you just have your goals in sight and get your ass in gear. Think about the money you're paying to be there and maybe that will motivate you.

I go to school 12 credit hours a semester and work 30 hours a week at a place a hour and a half from campus. I toke every morning before studying when im not a work ( 3 10 hour shifts). As soon as i finish the bowl i can actually sit here and focus and study from 7am-4pm when im at school. My mind goes miles a minute and a lot of times if im doing calc or chem and im stuck i will be sober. Then i smoke and i can sit here and somehow magically figure it out, it just slows me down and lets me focus on what exactly im doing. Now i will say my all three classes are half in class half online so it makes it a tad easier. Last year i was working 3 jobs and 12 credit hours, its just a pain in the ass. What it comes down to is id rather do homework stoned then sit their and be miserable and not interested in the work.

idk man i find it quite hard to do derivatives/intergrals high. Gotta keep track of everything or its fucked up-dont want to screw up a 2pg math problem. Chem, same thing. Finding out molarites, predicting rections, adapting to faulty readings/contaminants require a fast thinking and organized mind, not an inspired high mind. When im high im simply all over the place and if u thow 100 numbers at me that reside in 720nm- 6.626e-34J, fluroscent intensities in the 200,000's, Infrared readings and GC printouts....being high isnt going to help you here, but i guess everyone has their own way.

Like everybody is saying there is no magical thing that works for everybody 100% of the time. You have to just realize that you need to quit being lazy, weed or no weed. As stated you dont even want to study when you're dead sober and AT THE CAMPUS, and by definintion that's pure laziness. I'm sorry if thats offensive to you that's honestly not what I was trying to accomplish. I'm just trying to make you realize, ITS ALL ON YOU. Not one single person on this earth is gonna motive you like you can.

As for me honestly considering when to smoke weed doesnt even come into the picture. I just smoke, Just like i would get a drink of water, No second thoughts. When i get all stoned and don't wanna do any school work i just tell myself to quit being a bitch and do it. This isnt an afroman song, "because i got high" isnt an excuse in my life anymore, I grew up.

Right, it is based on the person cause not everyone's high is the same. Homework is a huge struggle for me when im not smoking it just seems a lot longer for me to get through. When i smoke though i fly right through it and just get everything i need done. Grades are good, so im happy.

your whole post was good..but i liked that part a lot

when i was in school, i did it by structuring my time and using different places for different activities. i would schedule in time to study just like i had a class schedule. i also did my studying in a different place than my partying/smoking. also stimulants work wonders for studying, caffeine, aderal, concerta, provgil all these should be easy to find on your campus. i also took breaks from smoking, weed will always be there, most people only go to college once. priorities.
