Cold Grow In uninsulated/unheated Metal Shed

We're going to have a "hard freeze" tonight. 25 degrees. All I can do is pray!

LOL 25 degrees is warm HAHAHAHAHAHA

As long as the water is still flowing if it gets below 0C you will be fine.
If its gonna be real cold then have the lights on at night say from 8pm till 8am then you get through the coldest part of the night and the plants are still a little warm.

I also used to have 4 x 600 watt HPS running too so that would get the heat through the day.... well from 6am to 6pm anyways.
 
Ya know what??? I need a friggin' heater! The stems are HUGE, the buds are tiny. I found a heated bucket wrap. I think it was around $80 for 50-watts. Now I know for next year. I did order a cheap aquarium heater, but I didn't like that idea for some reason. I guess I thought it would have warm/cold spots. With the 5-gallon bucket wrap it insulates as well as heats!

This one is a caulk warmer (tee-hee) I hope they make thermostatic controlled units. I'll find one somewhere
 
It's still down to 31--35 degrees at night.

Thanks! Just put it in today. I set it at 64 for now. I also bought a Horse Watering Bucket Blanket! I put it on as well!

She smells soooooo damn good! I was takin' pictures & got my camera all gunky & sticky!

Yup! After 3 weeks alone, I checked the PPM's. They were 1800+. The PPM's went up I think??? No harm to the plant though. I lowered the PPM's on a fresh batch of nutes, around 1350(+-). She has a new bucket jacket and 50w aquarium heater. I'll check on her next week & see if I can get these buds filled in.
 
lol I like this grow you got going, How warm is it during the day? Im surprized she isnt stretching from the temperature variance. Been warm in Ontario the last few weeks(feels like spring), so maybe your getting some of that warmer weather your way too. The warming vest on the bucket is cute lol. You do outdoor normally? Im thinking of readying some clones to do some gorilla gardening, have to get some faster flowering genetics before spring though
 
It's 61 Fahrenheit today. This is my 2nd grow! My first is my avatar... Purple Kush. I got 1.7 oz. off her!. This one has deformed resin glands. They look more like fur trying to insulate itself. I tried some that I accidentally broke off. Surprisingly potent for a bowl of uncured, dry, crumbly powder... I was happy!
 
I checked her out today and she is very happy! It was 24f last night. I checked her at about noon and the leaves were up & buds look like they're filling in!

She went to sleep at 5:00p so I don't have any pics today. I'll check back with her in a couple of days & get some more pics.

The 64 degree aquarium heater & the bucket cozy investment are definitely paying off!
