I am looking at the possibilty of moving to Alaska after I finish school. Maybe buy a few acres and have a small house.
I was wondering if there are certain strains that are adapted to colder climates. In the winter I would definately have to have a greenhouse and lights, but in the summer there is close to 24 hours of daylight at the summer solstace.
The temperatures usually stay atleast 10 degrees above freezing at night. So, would it be possible to have an outdoor garden in Alaska?
